Stephanie Steele studied both classical and jazz piano at BYU-Idaho Idaho, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis in jazz piano. She loves to write music for her jazz quintet, which she performs with throughout the Tri-Cities region. Additionally, she enjoys accompanying instrumentalists, vocalists, and choirs for concerts and regional competitions.
Stephanie was born and raised in the Tri-Cities where she studied with local teachers Patti Robertson and Steve Haberman. She participated in local recitals and scholarship competitions, earning multiple awards. She was also active in the Chiawana High School music program, where she contributed musical arrangements in addition to serving as a choir accompanist.
Back in her hometown, Stephanie maintains a busy private teaching studio and enjoys educating the next generation of Mid-Columbia musicians, along with accompanying and gigging.
